Dr. Alkazar: Friend of Chip Chase, and inventor of the very first antimatter formula, which was used by the Decepticons to create antimatter energon cubes. The lab was destroyed shortly after the discovery.
Dr. Alkazar's lab: the building Dr. Alkazar's lab is in. Also has a cosmic observatory (on the right side) which spotted the meteorite in "War of the Dinobots".
Dr. Archeville: This evil dude teamed up with the Decepticons to create the first hypno-chip(s) to be used on humans. He appeared in "the Ultimate Doom" in season 2.
Dr. Archeville: He was nearly killed in a lab accident, but was repaired by Starscream, who integrated cybernetics with his human body (his arm, and a plate on his head. He also appeared in the episode "Countdown to Destruction".
Chip Chase: Boy genius, and friend of Spike's, Chip appeared all throughout the series.
Chip Chase Headshot: Chip even helped Prowl battle the jets and Soundwave in one episode.
Hasseem: In the episode "Aerial Assault", this young arabic boy helped the Aerialbots battle plane-stealing thugs in the middle East.
Hasseem: It turned out later that 'Hassem' was actually Prince Jamar, the ruler of the territory, who had been ousted from his throne by the leader of the thugs.
Sparkplug 1: Sparkplug and his son Spike first met the Autobots while working on an oil rig that was attacked by the Decepticons. The Autobots saved both their lives, and they were friends ever since.
Sparkplug 1: Sparkplug and Spike spend their spare time helping out in the repairshop, and Sparkplug has his own car repair business. Spike, a student, visits the Ark when he's not in school.
Sparkplug 3: The two even occasionally go on mission with the Autobots, like in the episode "More Than Meets the Eye, part 2 where Sparkplug and Bumblebee try to sneak into the ruby mines of Birma to plant a bomb and hopefully get rid of the Decepticons.
