ID1: Klutch

Something I made out of boredom. This is Klutch's U.C.O.A. ID. It's actually a swipe card he uses to access restricted areas of the Center. Yup, it's a security pass. There's a swipe-strip on the back of it. I think it's mentioned in one of my fanfics. (Scene Set, I believe.) The logo on the left is the UCOA logo (UCOA stands for United Nations Council on Offworld Affairs). I dunno why, but I stuck his stats on there, too. LOL.
