See, Cap was once an Autobot, who was given a field promotion to troup leader. 'Cap' is actually short for 'captain', or one in charge of a group. I think captain is a naval or aerial reference, but for the sake of fanfiction, it was his rank. anyways, Captain Retread of the ground assault troup was trying to keep the Decepticons from advancing on Iacon when his troup was ambushed. Retread, who was called Cap'n (captain) by his troup, was the only survivor. He dissapeared and changed his name, reappearing later as "Cap", the Kintaari tank. Cap is in demolitions, as his name implies, but he's not violently inclined. It's quite the opposite, actually. He hates the idea of war, and just wants to be happy.

Cap is good friends with Cable and beacon, and loves to make people laugh. He's almost allways chuckling at some new joke he's come up with, and acts like he doesn't take much of anything seriously. He's the most sensitive guy in the Kintaari, and probably the entire autobot army. Cap's transformation is a camoflauge-print Challenger II tank, although most of the time he's mud-colored. Loves to go offroading (Baha-ing, as he calls it). Will take shortcuts to get where he's going, through forests, mud puddles, over hills. Likes to think he can go over anything. Provided it's not living, of course.
