The very first desktop background LadyStarscream designed. She was, at the time, a Decepticon fan. The background is designed for a larger desktop, and has all the little squares around one side to put icons in. At the time, LS had little Autobot and Decepticon symbol icons for all her stuff, so it kinda went with the background.
