Based off the computer desktop background, which LadyStarscream wanted to use, but lost it. She found the JPG version, which didn't have as bright colors as the original, and revamped the colors, and added some writing to the center of the screen. The writing is actually in the Cybertron Atlantis Glyphs font set. Here's what it says. (The letters in parenthesis don't exist in the font set, and were left as spaces on the desktop).
The large lettering was supposed to be links. The top is diale(r), for the internet dialer, the one under it is comp(uter), the link to the hard drive. I'm not sure what the letters under it mean. The symbol in the third row is simply E for the e drive on the computer. The one under it is (I think) for the chip reader (an outboard data chip reader).
The small writing in the box below it reads: cop(ywr)igh(t) annib(rus)h g(r)enmonke(y) (stu)dio(s)
Oh, and the symbols in the colored boxes on the left are the shortcut to the computer's drives. The red one is "A" for the A drive; The yellow is "C" for the computer's hard drive, or C drive; the green is D for the CD drive (LS has it set as the secondary hard drive); The blue is "E" for the E drive (zip disk); the pinkisk purple is the letter "G", but is used for the multi-file reader (outboard data chip reader); the orange is the letter "I", but is being used for the CD player; the pink is "k", but is being used for the CD rom (yes, LS has a cd rom and cd player shortcut both.) And, finally, the other blue on is I, but is the shortcut for Hook99, which is a program that removes the writing underneath icons, making them fully invisible to use with this layout.

The one under it reads: c(y)be(rtr)on a(t)lan(t)i(s) gl(y)ph(s) made b(y) (s)omeone el(s)e
(Cybertron atlantis Glyphs made by someone else). There was no way to add punctuation or numbers, so LS let it be the way it is.
