The background for this was created using ArcSoft Photo Studio, and the outline made using the tile tool, then simply copied and pasted the two lines that make the edges of the tiles to make one solid line (where it was broken where the tile lines intersected with the other tile-lines) then the framework was copied and pasted to the shaded background. This is the blank version of the desktop background.
